Low-Pressure Dustless Wet Abrasive Blasting
The non-destructive alternative to sandblasting. Our low-pressure wet blasting process eliminates airborne dust at the source, cushions the abrasive impact to prevent surface scarring, and uses only silica-free media — making it the responsible choice for heritage surfaces, urban sites, and regulated environments.

Why we don't use traditional sandblasting
Conventional dry sandblasting generates hazardous respirable silica dust, can permanently scar and etch delicate surfaces like heritage brick and stone, and is difficult to contain in public or urban environments. Our low-pressure wet blasting process achieves a superior surface profile while eliminating these risks entirely — and we never use silica sand as a media.
Abrasive power. Water-cushioned, dust-free delivery.
Wet blasting mixes water with silica-free abrasive media and propels the slurry at a carefully controlled low pressure against the surface. The water lubricates and cushions each impact — producing a precise, consistent surface profile without the over-cutting and scarring that high-pressure dry sandblasting causes. At the same time, the water instantly suppresses all abrasive dust at the point of impact.
This makes wet blasting especially effective for heritage brick and stone, outdoor urban sites, and anywhere hazardous coatings like lead-based paint demand controlled containment of the waste slurry.

Dustless Operation
Water suppresses all airborne abrasive particles at the point of impact — no silica dust cloud, safe for occupied sites.
Non-Destructive Surface Profile
Low-pressure water cushioning prevents surface scarring — ideal for heritage masonry, concrete, and large steel areas.
Silica-Free Media, Always
We exclusively use silica-free abrasive media — eliminating the respiratory hazards of traditional sandblasting.
Applications
- Dustless abrasive blasting Calgary — urban and occupied site work
- Concrete restoration and controlled surface profiling
- Non-destructive removal of thick, bonded, or hazardous coatings
- Heritage brick and stone cleaning without surface scarring
- Bridge, infrastructure, and outdoor site preparation
- Lead-based paint removal with contained slurry (no silica media)
- Prepping substrates for new industrial coating systems
- Large-area industrial equipment refurbishment
Why Wet Blasting Over Dry Sandblasting
Eliminates Airborne Dust at the Source
Water instantly encapsulates and suppresses abrasive particles — critical for urban job sites, occupied buildings, and any work near the public. No dry blasting silica cloud.
Low-Pressure, Non-Destructive Profile
The water cushions each impact of the abrasive particle, preventing over-cutting and surface scarring. You get the profile you need without the irreversible pitting that dry sandblasting causes on brick, stone, and heritage masonry.
Silica-Free Media — Always
We never use silica sand. Our wet blasting media is carefully selected to match the hardness of the substrate, ensuring a clean surface profile without introducing respirable silica hazards.
Containment-Friendly Slurry
The water-abrasive slurry is far easier to collect and contain than dry media dust. This matters for lead-based paint removal, environmentally sensitive sites, and regulated work zones.
